- 1 Piece small onion, diced
- 1 Teaspoon 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 Teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Cup 1 cupmixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.), chopped
- 1/2 Cup protein (shrimp, chicken, beef, tofu, etc.), sliced
- 2 Teaspoon 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon 1/2 tspsalt
- 1/4 Teaspoon 1/4 tspblack pepper
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
